1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Nutrichemical International Trade (“Nutrichemical”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit https://nutrichemical.com (the “Site”), send us a quotation request, or contact us by email or WhatsApp.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to respond to business inquiries and to understand how the Site is used.

• Request a Quote form: company, country, contact person, email address, phone number, destination port, product, quantity (M/T), customer type, your additional notes, and the date and time of submission.
• Email and WhatsApp: the contact details and messages you choose to send us.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device and page requests, which are processed by our hosting provider as part of normal server logs.
• Analytics data (only if you accept analytics cookies): pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, and referral source, collected through Google Analytics.

3. Why we use your data and our legal basis

• To reply to your inquiry, prepare quotations and discuss commercial terms (steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate business interest in handling B2B inquiries).
• To keep the Site secure and to prevent abuse or fraudulent inquiries (legitimate interest).
• To measure and improve the Site with Google Analytics (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
• To meet legal, tax, trade and compliance obligations where they apply.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site stores one item in your browser (local storage) to remember your cookie choice. This is strictly necessary and does not track you.

Google Analytics cookies (for example _ga and _ga_*) are set only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you click “Reject” or ignore the banner, analytics scripts are not loaded.

You can change your choice at any time by using “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page, and you can delete cookies in your browser settings.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers and business partners where needed to handle your request:

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers the Request a Quote form to our email inbox.
• Netlify, which hosts the Site.
• Google (Google Analytics), only if you accept analytics cookies.
• WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to contact us through the WhatsApp button.
• Where a transaction progresses: logistics, inspection, banking and legal advisers, limited to what is necessary for that transaction.
• Public authorities, where the law requires it.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries outside your own, including the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and Türkiye. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the providers’ data processing terms.

7. How long we keep data

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and manage the resulting business relationship, and afterwards for the period required by tax, trade and accounting rules. Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for the retention period configured in our account. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, KVKK), you may have the right to:

• ask whether we process your data and obtain a copy;
• ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• ask us to delete your data, subject to legal retention duties;
• object to or ask us to restrict processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing;
• lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

9. Security

We use measures appropriate to the risk, including HTTPS encryption in transit, access limited to people who need the data, and reputable hosting and email providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be published on this page.
